Cut-off times
Orders placed before 4.30pm Monday to Saturday are printed and dispatched the same day. Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders placed before 9pm are dispatched next morning for next-day delivery. We deliver to UK addresses only at the moment.
Returns and problems
Because every card is personalised for you, it cannot be cancelled once it has been printed and orders cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your card arrives damaged, misprinted or late, email us within 14 days and we will reprint and resend it free of charge or refund you in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.
