Terms & conditions

1. Who we are. Martian Cow sells personalised greeting cards, each with a personalised digital song, at martiancow.com. Contact: hello@martiancow.com.
2. Your order. A contract forms when we email your payment confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable; delivery is charged as shown at checkout.
3. Personalisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, messages and song details, and for having the right to use any personal information you give us about the recipient. We may refuse or edit content that is unlawful, hateful or infringes someone's rights.
4. The song. The song is created with AI tools from your brief and is delivered as a digital link (QR code inside the card and by email). It is for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Cancellation. Because cards are made to your specification, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once printing has begun. You can cancel free of charge before then by emailing us.
6. Faults and delays. If your card is damaged, misprinted or does not arrive within the delivery window, tell us within 14 days and we will reprint and resend it or refund you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Delivery. UK addresses only. Dispatch cut-offs are shown on our delivery page; Royal Mail delivery times are estimates.
8. Liability. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow this.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
